Description: V-Soft partnered with CDW, a leading multinational technology solutions provider that helps organizations design, build, and manage their IT environments. Acts as a technology advisor, understanding customer needs and recommending the right solutions. Partners with major technology vendors (Microsoft, Cisco, ServiceNow, AWS, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Lead configuration and customization of ServiceNow HRSD, HR Agent Workspace, and Employee Service Center (ESC) Portal.
- Design and manage HR services, Quick Links, case and document templates (e-signature), and knowledge articles to support end-to-end HR case lifecycles.
- Implement HR workflows, SLAs, and automation to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Ensure security, role-based access, and user criteria compliance across HRSD applications.
- Provide post–go-live support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement in an Agile environment.

Description: NiSource is a major regulated utility company serving millions of gas and electric customers across seven US states. They required ServiceNow reporting for incident, problem, and change management.
Responsibilities:
- Involved in technical and functional design requirements for ServiceNow.
- Worked on CMDB tables, adding CIs and relating them to Towers.
- Customize SLAs and ensure SLA conditions are met.
- Develop custom reports for Incident, Request, Survey, and Service Operations.
- Generate reports using Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, and UI Pages.
- Handle inbound and outbound email notifications and reports.
- Maintain Sprint documents in PPM; move update sets between instances.
- Regular client interaction for requirement clarification.
